    Dashboards should now be restored, as well as presence indicators on apps and handsets. We are seeing previously delayed messages reaching endpoints, so reports of no audio may be symptomatic of calls attempted previously. New calls should be returning to normal. We will continue to monitor and update the status once satisfied all services have resumed.

    We have been made aware of emergency maintenance required to resolve some ongoing issues.

    During the above window, our suppliers NOC team will be performing an upgrade on our gateways followed by a full restart, there will be a drop in service for SIMs connected whilst this is carried out.

    mm.static

    No major service impact is expected post maintenance; however, we recommend that you proactively monitor your device connections during the above times.
